I don’t live in the United States nor Canada, is it possible for you to ship internationally?

How do I get my tracking number?

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. Delivery will take 2 to 10 business days after the order has shipped. We will send you the tracking number and delivery information the moment we receive it.

 

Can I change my shipment address?

Your submitted order is sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately, so we are unable to amend your order. If your package could not be successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your payment method.
